Bindu Pariyar’s former husband has been claimed as culprit for dragging her in po*rn world forcefully and he have to compensate around 75 billion Nepali Rupees ( 72 million 50 thousand American Dollar) declared by the court of Dallas County America Texas.
This was published in the local magazine “The Dallas Morning News” early morning on Tuesday which stated that State District Judge Martin J Hoffman has claimed her former husband Tom Randell as the culprit for pushing her vibrantly to work po**rn movie, and published her this photos and videos at internet. Judge Martin has also declared the compensation the amount to him as the a paid for her.
At the time of declaration, Sewell was not present at court. They were a parted since 2012. Bindu made a sue to 58 years old Sewell last year for publishing her nu**de videos and pictures on online. She accused him that she was compelled to that kind of things. Bindu from Pokhara went to America for her nursing study. She was helped by Sewell to go for America as a student. The Dallas Morning News has featured her family and her story of struggle and pain and published in their magazine. It includes the struggle since her wedding. She has agreed to published her struggle and pain for magazine, as the interview of any Po**rn star’s identity is not allowed to published without their resent.
Her former husband made her compelled to dress up in shorts leaving Nepali simple dress and go for business when she reached to America. Bindu’s paper for court included the video tape which contains the film of making her compelled to make a huge artificial bre@$t by taking her passport and made her dance nu**de in the club, also the money amount from that could not satisfy him and , she was dragged to have a se**x with many other man.
Bindu says to that magazine, ” When I left him, I was already made a po**rn star “. She lamenting her pain says, ” Lots of unknown people comes to her at restaurant and says that I have seen your video, how much will you take”. She wanted to make her image as a girl who came to study nursing for supporting her family rather than the po^^rn star .
Bindu got more than 2 thousands nu**de photos and videos in internet. But none of those was taken with her consent. Still the uploading of these videos has not been stopped.When Bindu was one years old, Sewell got married to her relatives.After that he made a purpose of taking her to boarding school to her poor parents. Her parents was not in the state of paying a school fee for her. So, they easily accepted for that. Bindu started her school and made a dream of becoming a nurse. Sewell divorced with that relatives and again get married to the other woman from her relatives. The end of this marriage made the Sewell to come near to her. By that time, he made a oath of help to make her admission at America. But, when she reached to his home at Montana America, she felt the differences.
Sewell did not let her go for outside and also made a bar to take an GED exam for having admission for college. She was also not allowed to have a long and closed dress when reached to America. After that she was taken to the club and was said to work in that club with nu**de body. Bindu made all description of her compulsion and torture. Even her passport and immigration was seized by Sewell.
Sewell and Bindu started to live at Dallas of Montana, America on 2012 AD. Bindu started to dance at Dallas Gentlemen Club Bobby Dolls .One day, she had a huge argument with costumer for not going to their home and reached to Police. Her paper also included the warrant of this case. After this Sewell made a lot of torture to her. Dallas Police has still investigating that either he is in the involvement of human trafficking or not.
Sewell was accused of domestic violence on 2012 AD. After the two year of study, he was free from this case. She said that she wanted to live a different life though lots of videos posted by him can not be deleted. But it is not easy. Se should do a struggle to have a new job. Her family and herself has got a bad image in the society. Home made in Nepal has caused a lots of question to her family. Every people are making a dilemma of that house. Even her two brothers were torture by school and friends with her image. The images and videos can not be deleted from internet at long ages too. However, the announcement of Court has given her some strength.Nepalese from Dallas has also reported that Sewell used to give a lots of torture and abused her, if they got some arguments. Bindu who could be seen in Dallas could not be seen these days at that place. Employee from that club also reported that none of them are aware of her.
It is difficult to repay the amount declared by the court. Sewell was not presented during the declaration of court. Sewell could not be in contact with the again and again information from the court too. Sewell used to deny the accusedfrom her and used to say that he was used by her for taking a citizenship of America. In these view, the amount of claim is not easy to get. As per the court, Sewell could not get rid of the case until he paid the amount to her. He should go for jail, if money is not paid
